About
AFC Eskilstuna is a football club that competes in the Superettan- the second-tier football competition in Sweden. It was formed in 2004 when Väsby IK FK and FC Café Opera decided to join forces. It was initially named Väsby United and donned its current name in 2016. It has delivered many impressive performances in Superettan, Svenska Cupen and has also won the Division 1 Norra. It is based in the city of Eskilstuna and plays its home games at the Tunavallen stadium.
