Johannes Kirchberg is a German chanson singer. The Leipzig-born singer grew up in Vogtland, Saxony and upon graduating from high school, took up music studies at the Franz Liszt University of Music, Weimar. He started his career singing chanson in predominantly German-speaking countries as well as France, Lithuania and Poland. His repertoire boasts works like Über Die Verhältnisse, Meine Seele ist noch unterwegs, Wie früher. Nur besser and Testsieger, among others.
