Ulf Wakenius is one of the finest jazz musicians from Sweden. A local of Gothenburg, Wakenius started his music career by performing with Peter Almqvist as Guitars Unlimited. The duo played at many venues, but their most popular the stage of the finale of the Eurovision Song Contest, where the duo played for millions. Wakenius has played for many bands, but as he progressed into his career, he started his own group. He produced gems like Venture and Enchanted Moments for which his group collaborated with many talented artists. Wakenius has crafted a rich discography, which is filled with albums like First Conversations and Jazzpaña Live for which he worked with many national and international artists and equally impressive albums from his solo career.
