With a unique sound, that's been described as "punk hop," Bluejuice rose to success in Australia (the band's home country) with the release of its debut album, Problems, in 2007. The band's music style is classic Australian: powerful feel-good tunes driven forward by thumping rhythms and playful vocals with distinct Aussie accents. While most modern music listeners who live north of the Tropic of Capricorn haven't heard of the band, the group has achieved mainstream success in Australia and is considered one of the country's preeminent musical exports.
