Widely considered one of Sweden's more prominent rock bands, Backyard Babies was formed in 1987 and has been going strong ever since. Despite the various side projects the band members maintain, Backyard Babies still manages to release new music and tour frequently. The group's fan base increased dramatically when two of its songs were included on the video game Guitar Hero.
