Duda Beat is a prominent Brazilian singer and songwriter from Recife. She made a significant impact with her debut album Sinto Muito (2018), which earned her the ACPA Award for Breakthrough Artist and a spot in Rolling Stone Brasil’s top 50 albums of the year. Her music, known for its blend of pop and manguebeat, explores vibrant rhythms and introspective lyrics. In 2021, she released Te Amo Lá Fora, which secured a Latin Grammy nomination for Best Brazilian Contemporary Pop Album. Duda Beat’s notable singles include “Bixinho,” which achieved platinum status, and “Chega,” featuring Jaloo and Mateus Carrilho. Her discography also includes Tara & Tal (2024). She is married to Tomás Tróia, who is also her music producer and band member.
