Egyptian comedian, media critic, producer, writer, and television host, created his first show in 2011, inspired by the Egyptian revolution of 2011. Titled The B+ Show, it was uploaded to his YouTube channel and amassed millions of views in the first three months. The series' success brought him under the radar of several media moguls, and Youssef soon signed a deal with the channel ONTV for his own show, called Al Bernameg. In 2012, he earned the honor of being invited to Jon Stewart's The Daily Show for an interview, one which gained one of the highest viewership on the show's website. The next year, he was included in Time magazine's list of '100 most influential people in the world.' His other works include Tickling Giants, The Democracy Handbook and Revolution for Dummies.
