Tommy Genesis is a Canadian rapper whose musical aspirations were sowed at a young age. Purusing the arts in a roundabout way before truly realizing her gift of songcraft, Genesis would study film and sculpture at the Emily Carr University of Art and Design before going on to form the hip-hop project G3NESIS in 2013. Gathering momentum over the years by releasing a number of well-received songs, Genesis would eventually release her self-titled debut album in 2018.
