Circulatory System rose from the ashes of now defunct 90s neo-psychedelia project, Olivia Tremor Control. Like that band, chief songwriter Will Cullen Hart and the rest of Circulatory System channel 1960s psychedelic and garage music and run it through a warped, often experimental pop filter. The band takes a more-the-merrier approach both live and in the studio, with member totals sometimes reaching eight to ten people.
