Based out of Washington, D.C., Screen Vinyl Image is the experimental electronic-rock brainchild of husband and wife duo, Jake and Kim Reid. The band is heavily influenced by several 80s genres, from the loud guitar textures of shoegaze and industrial to Depeche Mode style synthesizer work. It's all wrapped up in a driving, sometimes spacey rock and roll package.
