During his childhood, Briston Maroney was constantly on the move. Shuffling from household to household with his family. Jumping between a number of cities and towns before landing in Nashville, Tennessee, Moroney's experience would help shape his musical ethos. Releasing his debut EP, Carnival, in 2018 his sound has been called, "vulnerable and empathetic, but balanced out with just the right amount of conviction."
