Turbo Brass is a dynamic musical group from Chile, celebrated for their creative blend of various Latin music styles, including cumbia villera, ska, reggae, and traditional Chilean cumbia. Established in 2008, the ensemble quickly garnered attention for their distinctive sound, which they refer to as "cumbia casera" or "house cumbia." Their diverse musical palette incorporates a range of instruments, such as guitars, keyboards, brass, and an array of percussion, resulting in an energetic and rhythmic auditory experience. Their inaugural album, Le traigo cumbia (2011), featured popular tracks like "Sakate Uno," while their follow-up album, Lo que va a pasar (2013), further entrenched their status in the Latin music industry with hits such as "Locura y pasión" and "La espina."
