Ana Gabriela is one of the artists defining the changing Brazilian musicscape. Even before being an established artist, she had a major fan base due to the rich collection of covers on her YouTube channel. She debuted in 2017 with Do Quarto pro Mundo, which crowned her as one of the most promising new artists. Many of her releases comprise covers of her favorite songs but she also creates original music. As a proud member of the LGBT community, she released the track "Carta Para Mãe" in which she opens up about the struggles she faced due to her sexuality and encourages others like her to stand up for themselves.
