Jason Chan, a Hong Kong Canadian singer-songwriter, was discovered by Sony Music Hong Kong in 2006. His debut - First Experience, released in 2007, was deemed a commercial success and helped him bag multiple 'Best Music Debut' Awards for that year. His subsequent albums and EPs such as Change, Close Up, Can't Be Half, did really well and earned him the nickname 'hidden master' by the media of Hong Kong.
