Rafael Pabón is a rapper from Puerto Rico. He is a proud alumnus of the prestigious Escuela Libre de Música in San Juan. The years he spent there practicing music and writing his own raps, laid the foundation of the artist that he is today. Pabón is known for not relying on samples for his songs, he crafts his own sounds entirely from scratch. He debuted in 2015 with Vida Respira, the tracks from which are a blend of funk, jazz and abundant Afro-Caribbean melodies.
