Tora Tora is a hard rock band from Memphis, Tennessee that was formed in 1985. Building a solid reputation for itself on the Memphis rock circuit during its formative years, Tora Tora would eventually release its debut album, Surprise! Attack, in 1989 and receive attention after its song "Dancing with a Gypsy" was featured on the soundtrack for the film Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. Going on to release another album to limited success, Tora Tora decided to call it quits in 1994. However, in 2008, the band reformed and it has since kept active releasing material and maintaining a regular touring regime.
