Tigres de Aragua is one of the teams that compete in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League. The team was founded in 1965 and is based in the city of Maracay in Aragua. Throughout its history, the team has been powered by many stalwart players such as Jesús Méndez, Rosman García and David Concepción. The same is the reason for the team’s astounding success which can be measured by the multiple League championships it has won since it entered the game. It plays its home games at the Estadio José Pérez Colmenares.
