Chicago-based Jean Deaux started her career with acting and poetry, but progressively settled as a rapper in 2010. This singer-songwriter is acclaimed for her know-how of multiple genres ranging from house, pop to R&B. Her alluring voice, distinctively boisterous music and youthful sound is what makes her unique. Jean released her first album Love The Free in 2013 and went on to make memorable collaborations with Mick Jenkins, Mykki Blanco and Smino.
