Born to a Cambodian father, a Chinese mother and raised in France, Bun Hay Mean developed a unique world view at a young age. Realizing a talent in himself as a comedian, Bun Hay Mean would go on to perform and hone stand-up material that drew inspiration from his own life growing up as a minority in Europe. Having since distinguished himself as an accomplished stand-up comedian who's unafraid to delve into themes about race, social strife and nationalist identity, Bun Hay Mean is regarded as one of the more biting French satirists of his generation.
