About
King Princess, born Mikaela Straus, practically grew up in her father's recording studio in Brooklyn, NY. Her formative years were spent learning instruments like the guitar, drums and piano, and listening to music that would later become her inspiration. Her debut single "1950", which pays homage to the LGBTQ Community, was certified platinum in Australia. Her debut EP Make My Bed peaked at number one on the New Zealand charts.
