Frank Lopes, who performs and releases music as Hobo Johnson, is a Sacramento, California-based hip-hop musician of Mexican and Portuguese descent. Adopting the moniker Hobo Johnson after he was kicked out of his house by his father and started living in his car, Lopes released his debut album in 2015 and since then he has kept active, releasing additional LPs and maintaining a busy touring schedule.
