The Beths is a pop-rock quartet hailing from Auckland. The band is fronted by Elizabeth Stokes who, along with Jonathan Pearce, is responsible for the electrifying guitar riffs powering its tracks. It debuted in 2016 with Warm Blood. The music from this album is inspired by 90s rock, while the vocals can surely make listeners reminisce the pop songs of the 60s. The tracks “Whatever” and “Idea/Intent” from this album received the most praises for its catchy music and the perfect use of vocal harmonizing.
