Lotte Giants was established in 1982 when Korean government encouraged professional sports. Despite the fact that Lotte Giants has the most passionate fans in Korea, so called Busan Galmaegi, the team lifted the champion trophies of Korea series only twice for more than 30 years. Giants' home ground Sajik is one of the most famous attractions in Busan because visitors can enjoy fantastic cheering and Busan baseball culture every game. Past star players include Dongwon Choi, Jeongtae Park, Daeho Lee, and Juchan Kim.
