Dijon Duenas, widely recognized simply as Dijon, is an American musician and producer born on June 9, 1992, in Germany to a military family. His formative years were characterized by frequent relocations between the United States and Germany, during which he resided in several states, including Maryland, California, and Hawaii. Dijon commenced his musical journey as part of the duo Abhi//Dijon, during which they released multiple EPs from 2014 to 2016. Following his relocation to Los Angeles in 2016, he embarked on a solo career, making his debut with the EP Sci Fi 1 in 2019, succeeded by How Do You Feel About Getting Married? in 2020. His inaugural full-length album, Absolutely, was launched in 2021 and received widespread critical acclaim. Dijon has collaborated with notable artists such as Charli XCX and Kanye West and has toured alongside Bon Iver and boygenius. His music is a fusion of folk, R&B, and electronic influences, establishing him as an emerging talent in the modern music landscape.
