Kennedy Ashlyn, who performs and releases music as SRSQ (pronounced "seer-skew"), is a singer/songwriter and keyboardist who crafts a distinctive style of goth-influenced alternative pop. Using the songwriting process to cope with the death of one of her best friends, who was a casualty of the Oakland Ghost Ship fire in 2016, Ashlyn released her debut album as SRSQ in 2018.
