Gettin' the Band Back Together is a Broadway musical, with the book by Ken Davenport and music by Mark Allen. It was originally named Garage Band. The production went through an improvisational rehearsal for four years and then premiered in 2013 at the George Street Playhouse. The plot revolves around Mitch Papadopolous and his old high-school band Juggernaut - which reunites after a long hiatus and participates in a competition called Battle of the Bands.
