Superorganism is a group from England with a unassuming, slightly flat sound that is futile to assay. But wanting sonic depth from the group's music is to completely miss the point of Superorganism. Founded in 2017 by lead singer Orono Noguchi, the group has uniquely distinguished itself with askew pop songs that don't neatly conform to 21st century standards. With a sound that has resonated well with a select number of attuned listeners, Superorganism has latched onto a fanbase that can appreciate music that doesn't force itself upon listeners.
