About
Rosenborg BK was founded as Sportsklubben Odd in 1917. The club changed its name to its current version in 1928 only after which the team was allowed to compete in amateur leagues. The club won its first Norwegian Football Cup in 1960 and has gone on to win the same cup and various other Norwegian leagues multiple times. The club won the UEFA Intertoto Cup in 2008.
