Winners of six League and nine Division Titles, Staten Island Yankees is a Class-A Short Season MiLB team based out of Staten Island, NY. Also known as the “Baby Bombers”, it is an affiliate of the New York Yankees and plays its home games at the Richmond County Bank Ballpark. It has competed in the New York- Penn League since the team’s foundation in 1999 and boasts of alumni such as Jason Anderson and Wily Mo Peña who went on to play for the New York Yankees and Cincinnati Reds respectively.
