Swae Lee is one half of the American hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd which was formed in 2013. The other half of the duo is Slim Jxmmi, his brother. After releasing two albums as Rae Sremmurd, Swae Lee decided to continue a solo career and released his first solo album Swaecation in 2016. He was nominated for Song of the year at the 2017 Grammy Awards for his song "Formation".
