This club comes from the province of Overijssel and though it has never won a title in the Eredivisie since it first entered in 1978, Zwolle did beat powerhouse Ajax to garner its first championship in the 2014 KNVB Cup. Its home stadium is the IJsseldelta Stadion which holds approximately 12,000 fans and the club’s biggest rival is the Go Ahead Eagles from nearby Deventer.
