This club named after King William II is a fixture in the daily lives of the people in Noord Brabant. The club was actually established as Tilburgia in 1896 and since that time, it has won the Netherlands Football League Championship three times, but never in the Eredivisie. The team colors are those from the Dutch flag and it plays its home games at the 14,000 seat Koning Wilhelm II Stadion in Tilburg.
