Live is an Alternative rock band that emerged out of York, Pennsylvania in 1984. The group released its debut album, The Death of a Dictionary, in 1989, but reached international acclaim with its 1994 album Throwing Copper. With elements of post grunge and accessible lyrics, the band maintained a devout following throughout the decades.
