About
Run River North is an indie folk band from Los Angeles. Initially formed as Monsters Calling Home, the band cut its teeth playing in coffeeshops around Koreatown and eventually earned unprecedented attention after filming a music video in a few Honda cars in 2012. The video led to the band playing a surprise set on Jimmy Kimmel Live! which then became a Honda commercial. Run River North released its self-titled debut LP, in 2014, followed by Drinking From a Salt Pond in 2016.
