Doe Maar is a Dutch band that blends together elements of ska, punk and reggae to create a unique and uncompromising style of music. Founded in 1978, the group released its self-titled debut album in 1979 and continued to release a stream of well-received LPs over the years until breaking up in 1984. The group reunited, however, in 2000 and has since continued to release albums and keep a fairly regular performance regime.
