The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters is a professional baseball team located in Sapporo, Hokkaido. The team plays in the Pacific League of Nippon Professional Baseball. It plays its home games at the Sapporo Dome. The Fighters name comes from its parent organization, Nippon Ham, which is a major Japanese food processing company. The organization was established in 1946. The Fighters captured its first Japanese Championships in 1962 as well as an Asia Championship in 2006. The teams colors are teal, gold, and black.
