Petrarca Rugby is a rugby union club based in Padua that plays in the Top12. The club was formed in 1947 and has been a very successful in the tournament’s history. Having won the prestigious crown on several occasions it ranks third in overall trophy hauls and also has a Coppa Italia championship to its credit. The club plays its home games at the Stadio Plebiscito and has had notable alumni like Kobus Wiese, Nicky Little and Mauro Bergamasco in its squad.
