About
Unione Calcio AlbinoLeffe is a football club based in the Albino and Leffe, two towns situated in Italy. It was formed in 1998 after the merger between Società Calcio Leffe and Albinese Calcio. It debuted in Lega Pro Seconda Divisione and after a good run of form, it climbed its way into the Serie B in 2003. By this point, it already had a Coppa Italia Serie C title to its name. It managed to hold on to its position in the league for many years till 2012. The club now competes in the Serie C - Group A and uses the Stadio Città di Gorgonzola as its home ground.
