Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra is an ensemble that's composed entirely of ukelele players with the exception of one double bass player. Armed with a repertoire of modern popular music and other New Zealand folk standards, the group offers lively performances that are made complete by colorful costumes and witty stage banter. Wellington International Ukelele Orchestra released its first record, The Heartache EP, in 2007 followed by a string of string of well-received EPs all filled with classic songs like "Jolene," "Feliz Navidad and "Cry Me a River." The group dropped its debut full-length album, Be Mine Tonight in 2014.
