Described as a 'comedy about social fears', Immigrati Brave Gente is a comic farce that presents what happens when a eternally squabbling Neopolitan family begrudgingly welcomes an immigrant into their home. Omar arrives from a far-away land in Africa and finds himself as a stranger in a strange land, however he confronts the family about their fears in comic and heartfelt ways until he becomes a quasi-member. A poetic look at life in Naples, family traditions that die hard and the will to understand one another.
