Billy Gibbons is a singer/songwriter and guitarist from Houston, Texas who is probably best known as the leader of the popular rock band ZZ Top. Though Gibbons has been steadily releasing music and touring with ZZ Top since the group's inception in 1969, he didn't release his first solo album until 2015's Perfectamundo.
