About
The Brock McGuire Band is an Irish folk band helmed by Paul Brock and Manus McGuire. Though the group has the ballast of Celtic roots holding down its sonic core, it also incorporates elements of Americana, bluegrass and French-Canadian folk into its musical repertoire. Founded in 2001, the group gigged around to hone its instrumental chops and polish its songwriting technique before entering the studio to record its self-titled 2004 debut album.
