Matt Simons is a New York City-based singer/songwriter who creates a distinctive style of music by blending together elements of folk and modern pop. Simons released his debut album, Pieces, in 2012 followed by his sophomore effort, Catch and Release, in 2014. Simons managed to gain fame in the Netherlands after his song "With You" was used as the theme song of a popular Dutch soap opera Goede Tijen, Slechte Tijden.
