Holly Bowling is a classically trained pianist who might best be known for transcribing songs by Phish and the Grateful Dead into arrangements for solo piano. Earning a bachelor of music in piano performance from San Francisco State University, released her debut album, Distillation of a Dream: The Music of Phish Reimagined for Solo Piano, in 2015. Having since kept busy, Bowling has released additional material, toured and collaborated with several prominent members of the jam scene including Phil Lesh, Bob Weir, Page McConnell and Warren Haynes.
