Marty Willson-Piper is a singer-songwriter and a guitarist from Cheshire, England. He learned to play the guitar at the young age of 14 and just a couple of years later, he dropped out of his school and decided to pursue a career in music. He spent a lot of years honing his skills and busking for a living. His career truly began after becoming part of The Church, the Australian rock band with whom he played for over three decades, until 2013. Willson-Piper also has a successful solo career, he has released multiple albums and has various side-projects.
