Akua Naru is a Cologne, Germany-based musician who blends together elements of jazz and hip-hop to create a unique and uncompromising sonic amalgam. Naru released her debut album, The Journey Aflame, in 2011 and followed it up with her sophomore effort, The Miner's Canary, in 2015.
