Damon Wayans, Jr. is an American actor, writer and stand-up comedian who might best be known for staring in the popular comedy television show New Girl. Son of well known actor/comedian Damon Wayans, Wayans, Jr. would make his film debut as a young child, appearing in some of his father's movies. As an emerging young comic, Wayans, Jr. would build a name for himself as a talented and dynamic stand-up comic. Though he has since primarily made a name for himself as a film and television actor, Wayans, Jr. still performs stand-up on occasion.
