Gocoo

About

Gocoo is a drum ensemble that describes itself as a tribal groove orchestra. Composed of 4 female and 4 male drummers, the group creates manic yet graceful live spectacles with 40 traditional Japanese Taiko drums. Since its formation in 1997, Gocoo has pushed the limits of tradition with complex polyrhythms while remaining true to its roots.
