About
René van Meurs is a Dutch stand-up comedian and writer who initially started to turn heads after performing at the Griffin Cabaret Festival in 2006. Going on to join the comedic touring group Op Sterk Water, Meurs would eventually distinguish himself as a talented solo performer after leaving the ensemble in 2008. Meurs has since appeared on numerous television shows in addition to performing solo sets regularly.
