Sons of an Illustrious Father is an alternative rock band that's uncomfortable existing in the musical milieu of today's current music scene. Helmed by actor Ezra Miller who has appeared in Justice League and the Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts, Sons of an Illustrious Father seeks to create a style of music that transports listeners and help them experience a sense of transcendence. The group released its debut album, Revol, in 2016 and since then it has kept active releasing additional music and performing.
